My most recent experience is in B2B SaaS providing software to assist house buyers in the UK.
Head of Design
Compass 2019-2023
Led the team for all design related tasks for Compass App and Website. Created all Wireframes and Prototyping for the app and website. Worked on the branding for Compass and helped it evolve over numerous iterations.
Worked with developers in house to solve UX problems that would be reported back via Unit testing with selected clients. Conducted User Research and usability testing to inform design decisions, resulting in a increase in active Users month by month doubling every month for 6 months since my changes were added.

Create concepts for clients websites and present these back to them to gather any feedback and move onto full presentations and builds. Each project was tailored specifically to each one’s individual needs and catered for accordingly. I also got to use my coding knowledge from past roles to implement the builds for each project.
Freelance Web Designer / Web Developer
Dixons Carphone 2018-2019
Designed and helped build an internal stats dashboard for staff to use at Dixons Carphone to monitor conversions and sales. Worked on multiple websites that are owned by Dixons Carphone including http://www.mobiles.co.uk. This included adding pages to the current site using my own created designs and amending any other UI / UX issues that they had across these websites.I also got to work on a ‘Deal Builder’ design from original concept to implemented design.

The T-Shirt Factory 2018
Create branded assets as we had licencing for all Marvel, DC, Disney printed clothing. These would include branded social media posts, branded web-pages to promote using marketing campaigns. Created all Wireframes and Prototyping for internal company websites as well as various other website projects that were given to me during my time working here. One including David Haye’s Haymaker Merch Store website.

Create Samsung Push messages for Client as per strict branded design assets to go out to all Galaxy phones in the UK. Got to be a part of projects that won Bronze and Silver Lions at Cannes 2017.
Create wireframes and prototyping for new webpages across a multitude of brands websites and marketing campaigns. Some include Adidas, Wickes, Samsung, ASUS ROG and more. Got the oppourtunity to work with some of the best and brightest minds in the country on some of these projects gaining valuable knowledge and insight into the industry and into my profession.

I started my apprenticeship as a Junior Web Designer / Developer here and learnt how to create Wireframes and Prototyping for each individual project that would come into the agency.
Led 30+ projects myself from design concept all the way through to implementation. I also got the opportunity to mentor another younger apprentice who had joined the business giving me valuable experience in mentoring
someone to design and code one-on-one. This went on to help me a lot in future roles.
